<blockquote class='quote\\_blockquote'><dl><dt>Quote:</dt><dd> </dd></dl><div>- 2012 WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard turns 58 years old today.

- WWE has added "WWWF Championship Wrestling" to their Classics On Demand listings. The first episode airing is from April 15th, 1977. Apparently this will be a weekly update like the WCW and ECW content.

- Melina accompanied John Morrison as he hosted the "Tournament of Nerds" event in Hollywood last night.

- WWE did an angle at this weekend's live events where R-Truth defeated Jack Swagger for the United States Title but David Otunga came out afterwards to announce that the match was non-title so Swagger retained the belt. [/quote]

And as for the quote, I bet the audience was thrilled.

I think they are losing prestige not how m any times they've switched hands, just how un-calculated it seems. Truth has fantastic presense and is really deserving of a legitimate singles title run.

I love Ryder, but he's got his whole career ahead of time, Truth has got to be starting to feel his years in the ring. I think he would be a fantastic champion, and it'll free Ryder up to help build his character a bit more. It peaked too soon, I think.

Hope they don't plan on taking ALL his steam, though.

I'm more interested in truth as a world champion , he is the only face right now who works well without sucking up to the crowd

Looks like they are building up to a showdown with him and Punk... well, I hope.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Swagger a former World champion in the WWE?

It hasn't even been a week, but a former World Champion (who hasn't reached his prime yet) is already struggling to hold on to a SECONDARY title. It seems that the only way that the WWE knows how to make new stars is to have them lose most of their matches.
