Vince high on Del Rio, change made at RAW

Alberto Del Rio is a very talented performer in my opinion, but if that's the truth, he is a bit overrated in McMahon's eyes.

Why doesn't he watch Christian, The Miz, R-Truth, Zack Ryder with a smile. They deserve it more.
