It was. Locos "Ultimate" WcW Starrcade release had all DLC and some. I am sure of that.

Guys, in the link CodyTDWT sent, there are all of the stuff that vercas mentioned and MORE... sadly, they were uploaded at minus. and minus is a nonworking bitch.

Yep, I looked in the No Mercy Library version, it's missing the DLC 5-10. And the entrance attire DLC. And the NMThingFiles.

Because it could put my mediafire account into jeopardy, and I don't want my money to go to waste. Those files are copyrighted. I did the same with Legends 2.0.
