Weapons: Always Hold a Weapon

The only real use of this code is if you want to beat the hell outta someone because pinning, blocking and grappling are all disabled when you have a weapon. You can still do flying attacks with the weapon, and thats probably the only way you will win by pinfall. Set the rules to first blood or tko so that you have a chance. Player 1 only, and dont pick any other weapons up.
