What happens if 100% Championship

I have always wondered

In Championship there is a percentage for the number of story lines you have completed.
What happens if you complete all championships 100% Will there be a secret message or something?

Back when the game first came out, if you accomplished this feat and got 100% on everything the Godfather himself would come to your house and give you one of his hoes for the whole day. (Seriously though, I have no idea).

I think you just get a lot of cash, and the credits, with Mick Foley saying "Thank you very much".

It's been years since I beat championship mode, though.
