Why can't I open Legends 2.0? I get an error message...

Why can't I open Legends 2.0? When I try to, I get a message that says "Unable to expand Legends 2.0.zip onto Desktop.
(Error 2- No such file or directory exists)

I've downloaded it a few times, and get the message every time. What am I doing wrong?
