Windows 10 problems

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and so far I've had trouble with Project 64 1.7. It starts up alright but once I press enter it says "Break Point found at" and then gives me a long line of words. I can post a picture of this as well as my settings but does anyone have any solutions to this or encounter this when they went to Windows 10?

PJ64 1.7 suffers the Windows 10 problem in which it can't function in some ways with the OS. I've had problems with this before.

Not sure if this fonction is on Win10 but try to run PJ 1.7 with the compatibility mode

I tried the compatibility mode thing just now but I got the same message. This is it:

Again, the game actually starts, it goes through the loading screen and the intro and all that, I can even see the textured wrestlers but once I press start I get that message.

Well I got the game to work, but only from an external hard drive, still can't get it to work properly from my desktop.
