Since the beginning of this century, WWE.com has been making a weekly list of the top 25 Superstars in the company right now. Previously called the 'Top 25' and 'Hot 25', the list mainly pushes current story lines.
The list sometimes groups superstars together as one stable or tag team. This week, a record number of 6 teams have made the list. The Bella Twins, The Funkadactyls, The Usos, Team Hell No, Tons Of Funk and The Sheild all ranked against the best that the WWE has to offer. While a record 6 Divas have made the list, they only occupy 4 spaces, which is the current record (Kaitlyn, AJ Lee, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Cameron and Naomi).
This list should be taken with a pinch of salt, however. A popular mid-carder with televised wins on both Raw and SmackDown can have trouble even making it onto the list. Meanwhile, over-pushed main-eventers don't even need to compete to maintain a high ranking. John Cena once went 4 months without making a single appearance while he recovered from an injury, but still managed to remain in the Top 15 throughout that time.
