Would love to see a continuation of the Attitude era from say 99-01. Rock vs HHH Feud, Invasion Angle, Who ran over Steve Austin. Jesus, that would be pretty epic!

I personally think ithey should stick to the same type of story mode as this years. The whole Invasion angle thing may be awkard though. Many of the wrestlers involved in that are either deceased, working for another company or on bad terms with the WWE, so making a authentic experience for the diehard fans may prove tricky. Its a nice thought but doubt we see that happen next year. I guess thats what CAS mode is for.

Bro, with all due respect. Stasiak sucked big time in the Invasion angle and was hardly even seen.

The guys I think AK37 means, is the likes of Kurt Angle, Chris Kanyon, Team3D, Rhyno, RVD, Test, Perry Saturn, Mike Awesome etc. Either they are with another company or sadly passed away.

Like,how they didn't include Test as a DLC at least in WWE 13.

Chris Kanyon who I would have loved to seen in the game, came out as a homosexual back in 2003 while under contract to WWE. Once they got word of it, he was devalued to Velocity and eventually left the company. Feeling he was being judged on his sexuality and not his talent he slated WWE.

Test was on good terms before his passing. However he death was with controversy relating to drugs. He had many friends in WWE and dated Stacy Kiebler and Kelly Kelly.

WWE are hyroicrotes as guys like Randy Orton who continue to break the wellness policy are still featured in the video game. Being under contract and one there top stars, WWE would not leave a guy like Orton out being a active member of the roster.

For THQ/WWE to have a Invasion angle themed storymode next year they would need those key players involved in some capacity. Sadly, they wont be in.


I highly doubt we will see a continuation of the attitude era mode from this year. More than likely expect a current themed storymode. Depending on sales (and I presuming the WWE13 game is selling very well), we should get something even better next year, though this years game is plain awesome.
