The WWE website has a made a list of superstars and legends that won the WWE Championship before they turned 30.
Considering the WWE's obsession with younger and younger talent, it may not surprise you how many people qualify for this list. But here it is anyway.

The youngest title holder is officially recorded as Rene Dupree (19) as a former World Tag Team Champion. However, Kenny Dykstra of the Spirit Squad is believed to have been a month younger than Dupree was when he held the title.
Mr. McMahon is the oldest person to hold the WWE Championship, being 53 at the time.
