As the masters of irony, WWE decided to post a list of WCW mistakes. Ye-ah...
20. During a match between Sting and Rick Steiner, Steiner lured Sting backstage. Scott Steiner then set two dobermans on Sting. The dogs targets rags which magically appeared on Sting's hand and boot.
19. Hollywood Hogan once saw Warrior's reflection in a mirror (he was behind the mirror, but let's not get into that). For reasons that were never explained, Eric Bischoff could not see Warrior. The point of the story line was that Hogan was possibly going insane. But this would have meant the the announcers, the live audience and all viewers were sharing the same hallucination.
18. Raven takes Kanyon on a $20,000 shopping trip at Versace.
17. Martial artist Jerry Flynn makes the Boiler Room his home, naming it "The Block".
16. A random collection of mid-carders feud with characters from another show (Battle Dome).
15. Sporting a completely new look, 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan joins Team Canada.
14. Ring announcer David Penzer wins the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, but everyone pretends that it didn't happen. (The match rules indicated that the first person to locate the belt would be champion. Booker T dropped it before actually touching it, so when Penzer handed it him, Penzer technically won.
13. Oklahoma wins the WCW Cruiserweight Championship.
12. WCW President Ric Flair is placed into a mental care home.
11. 'Mouth Of The South' Jimmy Hart had a pay-per-view match against a little known radio DJ called Mancow Miller. The match ended after a few minutes due to multiple outside intereferences.
10. Hogan refused to do a pay-per-view title match main event at the very last moment. He walked to the ring in his ordinary clothes, and just allowed WCW Champion Sting to pin him.
9. A hardcore battle royal in a junkyard at night.
8. Unhappy with a conversation with Vince Russo, Buff Bagwell refused to get into character for a match against La Parka. He put in minimal effort before allowing Parka to get a quick win. He immediatly took one of the announcer's headsets and complained about Russo's booking.
7. The Minnesota Massacre Match. The rules were not explained in advance. It looked like a 3 on 2 handicap match with Last Man Standing rules. But the match just ended, with DDP and Kevin Nash being declared the winners.
6. During a three-way tag team match (with hardcore rules), Meng took Nasty Boy Brian Knobs to the roof and threw him off the top of the building. Knobs was never seen or mentioned in WCW ever again.
5. Little known rapper Master P threw a party for Slikk the Shockmaster. Not only did the audience not know who Master P was, he brought a 30 man entourage with him. When Curt Hennig interupted with a hell promo, Master P threw a cake in his face, and the 30 men intimidated him. The audience had no idea that Hennig was the villian and booed Master P's group. Master P later suggested that people in the South (not just the WCW fans in attendence) were racist.
4. Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo reboot WCW, building the company around the youngest stars on the roster.
3. nWo Silver vandalised Sid Vicious' limosine, beat up Sid, abducted him in the same limosine, and drove over it with a monster truck.
2. The Dog was a grown man who literally acted like a dog.
1. One of Hulk Hogan's promos was interupted by somone standing on a balcony about a mile away. Somehow, Hogan could see him and recognise him.
