WWE.com has an article on Goldberg's run with the company and if it was successful. The article said that most fans "loved Goldberg for what he once was — not what he became," and said that people were disappointed with him following his final WWE match at WrestleMania XX because he "was not the Superstar they'd imagined him to be."[/quote]

They almost make it sound like it was his fault, when in reality, he was booked poorly.

Maybe he only knew how to do one thing...even still, they should not have tried to change his character

That was the WWE common mistake. They never know how to book a guy like Goldberg properly.

Anyway, I'm still surprised to knowing that the WWE still don't want make a DVD called "The Self Destruction Of Goldberg".

But then again, Goldberg was crap. The Rock defeated Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin in consecutive pay-per-views, and then got squashed by Goldberg. Then followed a string of badly executed promos and matches by Goldberg himself. Sure, Triple H was on a kick of beating former WCW World Champions. But Goldberg required feuds with mid-carders Chris Jericho and Christian to keep him relevant until he faced Triple H.

Forcing the feud between Triple H and Goldberg when both were injured was a very bad decision on the WWE's part. But Goldberg had done most of the damage himself by that point. Goldberg believed his own hype.
