WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels was the special guest at a recent NXT event, where he announced a tournament to begin on NXT television, to crown the promotion's inaugural tag team champions.
Triple H then made his way out first to his own music, but then went backstage again and came out to the DX theme instead. He put over the "one fan" that still liked him in the crowd, saying he thought all his fans went away with his hair.
The crowd then chanted "we want Nash", and Big Daddy Cool made his entrance to the nWo theme. Billy Gun and Sean "XPac" Waltman then made their way out to the DX theme. Damien Sandow once again interrupted them, but instead of letting him talk, the group went on a tangent, ribbing HBK for the "assless chaps" he used to wear. Triple H announced that, in affiliation with the nWo Wolfpack, and Degeneration X, they would allow Sandow to do his signature cartwheel, which of course ended with him receiving Sweet Chin Music from Michaels.
