Another alpha fail

I'm bad in alpha, so help me please. I' m want to make CM Punk's beard transparent, but have this:

What i'm need to do??

I think if you want to remove the beard , just put the color of the skin , if you make the beard transparent , then in the game you will have a weird looking jaw !

@sultan: no, you can make the beard texture transparent and face/jaw looks normal.

if beard has seperate texture i think it's better let it has it . maybe if you do trasparent ,you could see a not good texture over the face..try to do ..if you don't like it you can always go back
