To make .MTP2 Files you need Arjun The Man's MTP2D Converter and the .TM2 photoshop plugin and the Sizes for the Selection Pics Are:

For PS2:

SSFA (Match-Up Screen): 128x256
SSFB (Superstar-Selection): 128x256
SSFC (WWE-Univers): 128x128
