personally, i think that is better than the first one.
but you should fix the hair. just like 80las said

For hair, instead of using a single color that looks plastic in-game, try editing the default hair, and change color/brightness etc.

tip: select the default hair and use hue/saturation in photoshop ( ctrl + u ) to change the color. don't paint the hair.
