I was wondering how to create a tool for importing wrestlers , menu, etc .

Not an expert but the program Cenz and I use is called Microsoft visual studio. You can learn how to use Visual Basic with it or c# with it. They are different codes but you can look up ways to write to files Using the Internet. So I hope this helps

I already have the visual studio , but I do not know the code to import the files

Microsoft visual studio..mmm..maybe i will take a look. i know how to program in wml,html,xhtml,with php language but i never tried to learn about making programs

The codes for importing I don't even know coz I have been given ones that don't work . I will look more into it as I go on

Importing is reading a hex string from a file and writing it to the original Pac !!
