[Closed] Loading Screen Tutorial

Does anyone know how to ADD ( not replace ) Loading Screens or can direct me to one ? I wanted to make a custom loading screen ,for missing guys (FBI Rosey/Jamal Nowinski Maven Etc) & insert it in without replacing one . thank you guys
