Hello guys,

I've finally found a way to import your own SSFD pics in your svr 2011. Yeah, that's right !

To begin with, credits goes to :
- dadydodo for his discovery about ssfd pics
- Arjun the man for his tutorial and for his mtp2D converter
- PCGamer Ahmed on youtube (for finding a way to import without HEX)

A little explanation first :

NO HEX EDITING IS REQUIRED !

You need to know that SSFD files are similar to the SSFA/SSFC files. In fact, SSFA/SSFB files have a size of 128x256. Guess what : SSFD are exactly the same !. But for SSFD, you will have to edit your image to cut only the face of your wrestler.
Ex : SSFA has a size of 128x256 and displays the whole body. Whereas the SSFD has the exact same size (128x256) but will only display the face.

So here we go with the tutorial :

Things you'll need :
- Nike the bike editor (svredit_v24 in my case)
- Expert Tools with both Dpac and pac plugins
- Photoshop CS6 or CS5 with tm2 plugin (see Arjun's tut for selection pics)
- A list containing wrestlers's ID's (Provided by me)
- Patience (It helps a lot ^^)

1) Get your plistps2.arc and your menu.pac files from your iso
2) Open up expert Tools and select Dpac plugin and extract menu.pac (Use Extract LBA then Extract Files) and then, close expert
3) You should now have a folder called @Menu.pac. Go there and inside you'll see a folder called MENU. Enter this folder and you should see many files. including SSFD.pac
4) Open Expert again and this thime, select the pac plugin and extract ssfd.pac with it (Use Extract LBA then Extract Files) and then, close expert
5) You have now a folder called @SSFD.PAC. Open it and inside you'll see only one file : file000000.bpe
6) Uncompress it using quickbms (located in svredit_v24\svredit_lib\lib\svr_hacker\quickbms)
7) You have now 2 files : file000000.bpe and file000000.bpe.unpacked
8) Open Expert (again) select the pac plugins and extract file000000.bpe.unpacked (Use Extract LBA then Extract Files) and then, close expert
9) You now see a folder containing 75 files, each one named file0000XX.dat (XX represents wrestle id, see my list)
10) Make your own selection pic (128x256) like Arjun's tutorial but with only the face on it (in my case, I'll replace the Rock SSFD pic)
11) Once done, use Arjun's MTP2D converter to convert your tm2 to MTP2D (Ask him for his tool)
12) In my list, the rock SSFD pic is called file000000.dat so I rename my pic to file000000.dat and replace it inside the folder.
13) Now, Open Expert and rebuild your file000000.bpe.unpacked (First, extract LBA, then Rebuild Files and Rebuild LBA)
14) You have now a file called NEW-FILE000000.bpe.unpacked. Rename it to file000000.bpe
15) Reopen Expert tools and select the pac plugin and rebuild SSFD.pac (First, extract LBA, then Rebuild Files and Rebuild LBA)
16) Now you have a file called NEW-SSFD.PAC. Rename it to SSFD.pac
17) Take your new SSFD.pac file and copy it to your svredit directory (the one that contains the bat files to import wrestles, arenas, etc...)
18) Take your plistps2.arc and your menu.pac files and put them in the svredit_files folder (For me it's : svredit_v24\svredit_files\2010\PS2)
19) Now open cmd and navigate to your svredit directory (like you do when you import a wrestler pac)
20) Now type exactly this line : import_any SSFD.pac SSFD menu PS2
21) Click enter it's importing
22) Now go and get your new plistps2.arc and your new menu.pac back into your game and rebuild iso.
23) Surprise, it's working !

Video tutorial WIP. If this tut helped you, gimme a heel yeah !

Feel free to ask questions and see atached files!

Remember : Svr 2011 modding will never end !

PD : Forgive my mistakes, I'm French :)

Thanks to you, I thought about importing the SSFD.pac using the same method to import TITI.pac like you did with title screen. So for that, I owe you a credit :)

first of all nice tutorial but here is a tut for u
If u wanna change them all u will need to use ssfc pic dimensions not ssfa or ssfb use dimensions 128x128 then convert it as ssfc pic not 128x256
the main file has a limited size that's the Idea

I got this message: 'import_any SSFD.pac SSFD menu PS2' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable or batch file.

Anyone know why?

Look ! Put MENU.PAC & PLISTPS2.ARC & YOUR Modded SSFD.PAC in SVR Editor (v24) Root Folder :
Like : C:\Svredit_v24
and once again put these 3 files in C:\svredit_v24\svredit_files\2010\PS2

No, i put it into folder svredit_v24\svredit_files\2010\PS2 as it told by MrMoney.

I also try to put it into svredit main folder, and it failed too. Anyone know why? :wall:

See brother...u can cut the tut. Short...
U can open tekken's x packer...
Select ssfd.pac as wrestler pac file and uncompress file 00...
U will get bpe and pac files...
Use 00.pac and delete 00.bpe....
Then open expert tool and select pac plugin....
Extract 00.pac...u will find your dat files...
Replace ur pics as the renamed files...
Rebuild 00.pac...
Inject it with x packer in ssfd.pac...
Import ssfd file using NTB's editor...
Done...
