TNA Impact: Wrestling Matters (PS2)

Community patch by Waleedgaber.619

Total Non-Stop Action (TNA) Wrestling was created as an alternative to the WWE product. For almost 12 years, TNA has made an Impact. It was where the best of years gone by collided with the stars of the future. It was where the X-Division dazzled us with innovative action and offence. It was where hardcore wrestling got a second home. TNA crossed the line of conventional sports entertainment to prove that wrestling matters. From the Asylum to the Impact Zone, TNA tried to live up to its name and give us Total Non-Stop Action.

‘TNA Impact: Wrestling Matters' is the very first TNA based patch on SvR using modded superstars and arenas. Led by Waleedgaber.619, some of the very best OSR modders have had their work brought together. The result is this fitting tribute to the company that has truly belonged to fans of wrestling.

Recreate main events like A.J. Styles vs Bully Ray for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Bound For Glory. Or help former NWA Champions Ken Shamrock and ‘The Truth’ Ron Killings reclaim their former glory against the likes of Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy. No other SvR patch has a roster that is as diverse as this one.

To play this game, simply download the patch files from the links below, and insert them into ‘WWE SmackDown Vs Raw 2010’. See our tutorials section for more details.

I was just about to send you a PM. Thanks man. If Baal is in too (I have asked), that will be most of the work mods done.

To everyone else, any work OR suggestions will be appreciated.

Who should be in? Who should not? What stables should I have?

Whoa whoa whoa, that is not the full roster!

I can only put a MAXIMUM of 165 of these guys.

Those lists are to help people decide who should be included.

We don't have most of these guys yet so this might take forever , so i suggest it should only have tna roster (alumni , current) and also to save arc space so for us to be able to use selection pics for this to look professional .

I would agree. But if we remove the AAA and RKK lists, we lose a lot of guys. At this time, it will mainly be guys that we do have.

Current TNA roster and Alumni that have won NWA/TNA Heavyweight title, or been there for a long time will be prioritized.

How i wish i could help. :(

Anyways good luck with this one. It's really great to see PS2 modders working together on a patch.

Whoa whoa whoa, that is not the full roster!

I can only put a MAXIMUM of 165 of these guys.

Those lists are to help people decide who should be included.
Got ya!

Well the current roster should be in. It should include a few Ring Ka King wrestlers, but not many. Mainly the one's who were in TNA previous to that.

The Alumini is a tough one to pick. I would love to see CM Punk in as had a run with TNA in 2003.

Due to the constant changes in the current roster, I will not add some lower mid-carders.

CM Punk was almost strictly a tag team performer. So if someone made his TNA attire, I will probably add him. But it would be better if Julio Dinero was available too.

It would be cool to have Punk in, but dont feel he is needed in this patch. Unless baal russle's up old skool Punk of course.

I think the roster should have all current wrestlers, with say 10-15 wrestlers from each of the other promotions. Guys like Sting, Lethal, Tomko, Raven, Steiner, Low Ki, Shocker, Dutt, should be in as they were pretty active during there time there.

Its a hard choice really.

I agree with your alumni choices. But people need to make mods for Low-Ki, Dutt and Shocker first.

And then there are the knockouts too. Brooke and Tara should be easy due to how similar they are to Eve and Victoria (I know what I said).

Oh, and Baal has already finished Punk.

If someone is able to make CAW edits it could be better to use it for the guys with specific attires or hairstyle (Sharkboy, Shannon Moore,etc...)
