- Extract EVTGD.pac(located in PAC / EVT) with Expert Tools
- open the folder of the extracted file
- you will see 3 more folders that are "ETEX,SCRD,SRTY"
- Open The ETEX
- you will see the files in PAC
- Open Xpacker - by tekken,click in File>Open Ps2/PsP Wrestler Texture and go in that folder
- I'll let ids at the end of this post
- example I'll edit the name plate of RAW , so I choose the 0001.pac file
- now Uncompress 00
- open 00 with Open Ps2/PsP Wrestler Texture and extract the files for a one Folder
- and change the files extension to .tm2
- after editing just change the file extension to .pac
- Now just open the file from which we extract the 00.pac and inject 00.pac

I have not found ids on the internet and decided to look for myself , this was the unique I got
0000.pac - Smack Down Name Plate
0001.pac - RAW Name Plate
0002.pac - ECW Name Plate
0003.pac - Tribute to the Troops - NamePlate
0004.pac - WWE Summer Slam Name - Plate
0005.pac - breaking point NamePlate
0006.pac - Hell in a Cell - NamePlate
0007.pac - Survivor Series - nameplate
0008.pac - TLC Name Plate - Nameplate
0009.pac - Royal Rumble - Nameplate
0010.pac - Elimination Chamber - Nameplate
0011.pac - Wrestlemania - Nameplate
0012.pac - Backlash Name - Plate

it's same way i found years ago on psp the nameplates follow same order in number of the arena ; are easy to find
