Isn't this Dykstra base ? (which has same upper body shape with Regal, Piper too)
Same base I used for my Shamrock mods.

Yes,its Dykstra,They made some modification on Regal's model to make Dykstra.

I saw the same with Piper's and Terry Funk's model.
Terry Funk's model is just a modified Stonecold Model.
