Conversion JPG to Pac

Hey guys. I created some loading screens and they are JPG photo format. I would like to know how can i convert them to pac so they work on Mod's of SVR 11 PSP.

jpg? ...bro, first thing ..you're talking about PS2 or PSP screens?..formats are differents..in PSP you have to convert the screen in PNG and then using GIM CONVERTER you will convert in gim format..then ,the file needs to rename in pac with HEX EDITOR
