Help with a mod sv10 psp

SO I am making a Haku. the version when he was part of colossal connection. I have everything good. But I have a problem. he has bare feet in this version so I used snuka model. the only probelm is when you take off snuka's hair, the top comes off too. I have tried numerous time to just make it shorter but it looks really stupid. I think umaga will be too fat. the best model I think for him is JYD. But I can't get the boots to look like feet. they look stupid. Does anyone have any ideas? I have eveything made attire and face wise.

me i think that Umaga svr07-08 can be a great model cause he have the perfect shape like Haku trust me.....
but 09 -10 is more fat so dont try it
