Help with HARDX36's tool for editing moves

Hello, I have been reading this forum for a long time and I managed to mod succesfully many things in SVR 2011. However, I would like to hack moves and I found a very useful tool by HARDX36. I understand how it works, but I cannot figure out what value should I add when the tool asks me to enter header size value. Any piece of advise would be welcome :$

The only thing I've gotten to work with HardX36's tool is importing arenas into SvR 2011. I tried to add wrestlers but had no luck, I have only been able to add wrestler PACs to SvR 2011 via svredit's DOS commands.

As far as hacking moves, I haven't tried, but I am very interested in trying to hack moves in SvR 2011 or add moves from other games into SvR 2011.

i imported arenas,menu backgrounds,belts,lots of wrestlers, i didnt have any problem with hardx36 tool but i think there is no way to import movesets with it.move has to be in pac format and have to enter section ids,pac ids, there is no ids for moves anywhere on internet.but i maybe wrong who knows hardx36 himself has to answer this question

His tool's arena import function works fine, I have imported many arenas into SvR 2011 by his great tool. However the import wrestler section didn't work for me. I followed the instructions but it didn't work correctly. So I had to use svredit's batch DOS command import to import wrestlers into SvR 2011. That worked.

oops sorry i didnt know ur talking about this one.i didnt the tool even exist.let me try it and see how it works

its super easy to import wrestlers in svrimpoter v2. just load arc file and ch.pac of id cantaing wrestlersthen load ur wrestler mod, enter wrestler id,then enter attire id like 01 for inring and 02 for entrance and then click import thats all

Perhaps I did the wrong CH number. I know most are in CH3, but some are in CH2. I like how in svredit it selects the correct CH automatically. With the arena import feature, it is very important that you follow the steps exactly (select arena first, then load arc, then BG, then select mod, then import then update arc. With the wrestler one it updates the arc automatically. I will try again.


TheUndertaker, I am very interested in trying to import moves from other games into SvR 2011. Like taunts, you know how the backflip in SvR 2006, well it went much farther than the backflip in SvR 2011. I would like to import the backflip taunt from SvR 2006 into SvR 2011, as well as other taunts, and moves. SvR 2011 is great but the movesets are very limited compared to a game like SvR 2006, which I think had the most moves out of any games. But I also know it is complicated because SvR 2011 also has different grappling positions that weren't in previous games. I would like to help you in your quest, sometimes I even think maybe some of the moves in SvR 2011 have to be unlocked, because some sections only have a few moves, but I'm not sure how to unlock them.

@Flashback9 I agree that SVR 2011 moveset is way more limited to the SVR 2006 one. I believe that adding taunts with this tool is not a big pain in the neck (provided that the animation size is smaller than the one to be replaced). The real deal is when you try to import an animation whose size is bigger... If we could find a way to overcome this problem, then everything would be allright. As for unlocking moves, I have no idea...

@TheUndertaker Have you been able to import any moves successfully so far? We could try to start with something simple like the backflip taunt from SvR 2006, and try to get that in SvR 2011. It's a much longer backflip than the one from SvR 2011, the backflip in 2006 you can go from one part of the ring to another, in SvR 2011 the backflip just jumps in place and it looks silly.

For Cesaro, I was trying to select European Uppercut as a strike, rather than a chain grapple move, but there is only one version of the European Uppercut available as a strike, European Uppercut 2. For Standing Chain Grapples, European Uppercut is only available as a strike attack in Front Facelock position, not in the other 3 grapple holds. Only European Uppercut 1 is in that section. As a Grapple move within chain grapples, European Uppercut 3 or 4 are available for front facelock, side headlock and wrist lock but not for Waist Lock.

It would be great to have all the European Uppercuts available as strikes, or at least have a European Uppercut as a waist lock chain grapple, because we've seen so many times Cesaro throw uppercuts to the back of his opponent! There are only 3 moves in the Waist Lock Attack Section, only two struggle submissions from the waist lock position. There's got to be a way to add more moves to these sections.

I had only successfully managed to import sidewalk slam (kane's signature one) from svr 2010 i think, and I accidentally replaced the camera angles as well. I was surprised to see it worked... I think all the animations were smaller that's why it worked... Well, I don't know if there is a way to mod moves apart from signatures, finishers and taunts. Also, I know that submission holds from past games certainly won't work.

this tool just for export old games moves and import them in another svr game and there is the tut in the same folder with tool

I have read the tut, but I cannot figure out the aspect about header size value.

bro how did u succesfully replaced kane move in svr 2011.can pls tell step by step what exactly u did

I was lucky I think... I just extracted from PSP SVR 2010 (I think) the 5 parts of sidewalk slam and injected them into another move with five parts from SVR 2011... I was lucky, because all of the parts were smaller in size than those to be replaced, so the program handled it perfectly and the move worked.

Well, you have to open your m.pac with both x-packer and rrunpack. With this tool, you edit things extracted from rrunpack. When you finish editing, open in x-packer the D0x pac (D00 for standing, D01 for ground etc.) from the expert tools extracted folder. Then inject the yaf you edited in the proper position in D0x.pac. Then delete the backup and rebuild m.pac using x-packer. This is the m.pac you will add back in your game. If you find any problem in this or in updating the arc file post it.

I also imported Kane's chokeslam from hell from SVR 2009 and I thin I found the answer to my question about header value. I simply added the value that had chokeslam's animation when it asked me to add a value and it works!!!
