how to add mods

i am new here and don't know much about hacking and other stuff so, can u guys tell me how to add a particular wrestler in svr11 game ps2 .
i mean we have a mod section where people post mod. which can be downloaded (http://api.viglink.com/api/click?fo...previews-Y2J 2014&txt=Dean Ambrose New Attire) but how to add after downloading it
