How to Update.ARC FILE (to add and edit model in SVR2011)

I don't know how to update .arc file to have the new model in SVR2011 ...
i already use Arjun The Man Tools (dat editor) for SVR2011
but why all the superstar become vacant ??

He say to update the .ARC file to get a new model and edit the wrestler ...
so how to update the .arc file ??

Somebody help me to explain it .,

sorry , my bad ...
i don't watch arjun add music tutorial .,
i only focus watch in Arjun how to add/edit superstars in 2011 tutorial ...
bcause in ending of tutorial, he say "just update the arc file in my music tutorial"
i don't understand what the meaning ...
