I need help in the hair svr 2011 psp

I need help.....please, can you tell me how to fix this? this is my first mod. There's a hole in the head of biker taker..... I'm using Undertaker in svr 2011psp

that hole is because of alpha problems..
try checking the tutorials section

But as what I've seen in the tutorial section is it was tag for ps2 and they have tmp format which I'm not using in psp... btw tnx i'm gonna recheck the tutorial section.

and yep, its for ps2 as what Nike said......

dont delete the complete hair texture

So making undertaker's hair short is by not completely erasing his hair?

you have to delete some parts not all the texture

try deleting the lower part of the texture (see attached image)
modding takes alot of time and trials and errors

Thanks, but how about the alpha thing tol?
Because what I did is after deleting some part of the hair,
I'll indexed it,
save it as png,
then convert to gim.
Am I right? is there any thing I missed?
