TNA reported moments ago that legendary Japanese wrestler The Great Muta was at TNA offices in Nashville, Tennessee earlier today. Muta, who runs the WRESTLE-1 promotion in Japan, met with officials -- which included TNA founder Jeff Jarrett -- about potential opportunities between his promotion and TNA.

Jeff Jarrett posted this photo on his Instagram from his meeting with Muta earlier today:

Quote:

As we reported earlier, The Great Muta met with Jeff Jarrett and TNA officials in Nashville, TN today.

According to PWInsider.com, Muta met with Jeff Jarrett and TNA's Andy Barton about potentially sending talent from his WRESTLE-1 promotion to TNA.

While it's merely speculation at this point, one would assume that if WRESTLE-1 does indeed send talent to TNA, then TNA would send talent to Japan in exchange.

The report noted that famed Japanese photographer Jimmy Suzuki was also present at today's meeting.
