Does anyone know how to change the text of the loading screens of SvR '11 PSP?

in 09 text are in string.pac file and you can change with hex editor.

i think there is a tutorial ..maybe i done it me too in my tutorials for svr 2009..i'm not sure..it's easy but if you use more bites for new text ,remember to add space on arc file . on hex editor open string.pac file and use search for searching text you wanna change..put the words of your new text overwriting the original and then save string.pac file
..it's important to make a copy of original string.pac ! if you do somethin'wrong
