Modding Audience help psp

I want to put Blue light in the audience side.... is there a tutorial? I've been searching, and I haven't found any thing.

modding lights is still not done but you can re-texture the audience giving them blue tints so as to look like lights(although i donot recommend this)

Thanks guys....I'll try to research about that, coz nice audience keeps me more enjoy playing the game.
