You contradicted yourself badly. Psicosis and La Parka were massively entertaining for two guys who had really poor English.

And I disagree with the Great Khali being overrated. Not enough people have ever liked him enough for him to be overrated.

But for guys who are genuinely overrated, I could not make this list any shorter. And I don't apologise:

Randy Orton - Which is particularly annoying when you consider how good his father Bob Orton, Jr. was.
John Cena - He was brilliant and underrated... until they gave him the U.S. title, and he gave up two thirds of his wresting moves.
Goldberg - He was big and clumsy. Nothing else. And he had a pitifully short career.
Brock Lesnar - If he didn't retire after only 2 years, I would not have added him here. And his time in Japan was also too short.
Monty Brown - His matches bored me to tears.
Triple H - One of the best in the world. And then they introduced the WWE version of the World Title, and the effort disappeared.
Umaga - Another guy who was big and clumsy. Didn't they fire Jamal for those same reasons?

The Rock is not overrated.
He could cut a promo better than anyone else.
In wrestling not only the in-ring skill matter.
Mic work means a lot too.
And actually he was decent in the ring.
So for that matter the Rock is far from being overrated.
To me:
John Cena (after he won his first championship)
Orton (from 2010)
Batista
Undertaker(he NEVER was a fav of mine. Only liked him when he was the American Badass)
Bret Hart (JUST BECAUSE OWEN WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER and they don't even mention him)
Sting (from 2010)
Hulk Hogan
Sheamus
Mason Ryan

Uhh, The Rock repeats a lot of his promos almost all the time.

That's what we call a catchphrase.
Cena is having some like: Hustle Loyalty Respect , Champ is here , If you want some come get some... or the Miz: Really....Really...Really? and I am the Miz and i am awesome.
The only difference is:
The Rock had better ones just like Stone Cold Steve Austin

Well recently all the Rock has been doing is repeating his catchphrases and that's pretty much it alongside with some insults which are not even that funny as the ones he made back in his prime and in-ring skill is a major thing in the WWE that can't be brushed off. So if we have a wrestler that's great at talking but is not a great wrestler then they are overrated as they're only going to be pushed for their promos over actual in-ring skills which is what allows people to get into the match and be entertained.

To say The Rock isn't overrated is the same as saying Cena isn't overrated as Cena is the modern day Rock, both have great mic skills but average wrestling skills and I recall people giving the same hate Cena is getting to The Rock back during the attitude era.

Okay i see this coming in long way. So better we just stop here.
Everyone has it's own opinion and i just love the fact that you have not changed your mind. Anyways going back:
Jeff Jarrett is overrated too imo.

I honestly believe that Cena's mic skills are sub-par. He just comes off as a teenager that watched too many action movies, Rock seems to come off as an actual character.

If anyone doubts Rock's actual in-ring skill, check out his match with Jericho at No Mercy, I do believe 2001. Now, he may not be a technical master, but neither was Austin, Raven, and scores of others.

I think Rocky's style is more evolved out of the Dustin Rhodes way of doing things, while Cena's comes from a Hogan influence.

Just sayin'.

Actually Austin wrestling skills isnt really that bad his signature moves had to go well with his character so it was a pure smash mouth style. On the topic of overrated I would have to say Shane Douglas is overrated.
