YES! Those german no sells are my favourite part of VPW2 and the addition of the submission one is INCREDIBLE.

Does the first link to whatever the running attack is or is it always the boot?

They both link to the current attack/grapple.
When you grapple b-side and its reversed, your opponent will do his grapple b-side.

When p1 does Back Grapple A (german) P2 counters it into his Back Grapple A. German countered into a German can occur, it depends on the moveset.

I just had a German no sell into a German. So good!

Shibata's finish seems to be broken when Shibata is P2. He goes for the GTPK then it does the usual double chop mess up. He's fine when he's P1.

Standing superkicks don't hit if they're dizzy/in a tree of woe/it's done as a reversal.
