OPening Titl.dat on svr 11 psp

Hi guys ...i'm trying to change the title screen of my svr 11 psp ...i already changed the titi.pac but for preload.pac i extracted it using expert tool and got this few files they're all .dat .....could somebody tell me how to that them for example Titl.dat .......how do i open this the easy way ( like Menu.pac extracting using expert tool ) with using HXD .....thnkx in advance

No offence, but you keep spamming the help section, someone already made a preload.pac that doesn't need editing in the tutorial/recources section..

Dude that tutorial is hard but i'll try to understand it only one problem ( mine is svr 11 psp and that's for 2009 ) when i open dat file in hxd didn't get what your dat have in mine....please help ...Btw someone mention about deleting preload.pac ? is this possible ?
