I've just found a way to make attire hacks specific. I've made a code to test it with Cactus ring attire and it seems to work fine.
The caw uses the attire hack (it replaces a part of it with Dude attire) while Cactus is still using the original.

It works in-match, on the menus and in SD Mall. I've only noticed a problem on the VS screen (Cactus is using the code too when you select them together), but everything else seems ok.
The 7779x lines are the wrestler ID activators (offset = 2) while the A9F90 address is part of the player specific attire data (this one in particular is part of the 'ring attire' values) (offset = 270).

As for making these codes attire specific, the addresses I used for the wrestler IDs don't have a value for the attire number nearby, but there is another method you can use.
You can add an activator to check a specific part or color the charachter is wearing on that attire (a bit similiar to what you do with textures). Example:
If a wrestler uses the cactus attire with pink color the upper right leg uses green with yellow text:
