pnach file for pal or a way to unlock every thing

guys i changed all the names in my project with dat editor and i want a way to unlcok every thing in the game after i deleted the save game so if any body have pnach file for PAL ps2 game or know a way to help me unlocking every thing in a very fast time please help me ?
