You don't need help to do women, you're talented enough and modding them is just as easy as modding men. I can provide you of some hair codes, though.

What you DO need help with, is your english skills, lol.

Regarding the head shapes, make them 64x64pixel.

If your on 1.6 all I can suggest is make your head 64x128 by making a single head 32x128. Make sure to index the colors while reshape your head. Pretty much like this.

Or the ultra simple way is to go for 1.7/2.X plugins. k:
