your custom titantron's filesize is too big.

try to have same size of original titantron..make your titan a little bit lower than put 00 bites with hex editor until you have same size

if you follow what i said your titantron must work!
if original is for exemple 114.688 byte try to do a file smaller..for exemple : 113.900
114.688 -113.900 =788.
you need more 788 bites to add with hex editor.
adding these bites your file will be 114.688 as original...IT MUST WORK because you not change the final size of original.
maybe the problem could be in your video...if you have create a new clip maybe there is somethin'wrong in conversion of file that stops it at 20 seconds .see in tutorial section .. to do a working modded videoclip for titantron needs some right parameters
