Is there somebody there , who's PRO in modding; that could help me with this ? Because this is what I exactly did..

1) Open up base model extract all textures and convert them via puyotools
2) Edit some parts via Photoshop then saved them
3) Re-converted all .PNG's to .GIM with Gim Conv.exe
4) Created a Texture archive with all .GIM's and saved them to "09a.pac"
5) Injected the original 09.pac of the Base Model to my "09a.pac" and closed X-packer
6) Imported the final .PAC file
7) Saved it via an ISO
8) Paste the ISO to my PSP / Memory Stick
9) No changes.. Why ? :(

PLEASE HELP!! :wall: :wall: :wall:

Maybe I did not understand you. Are you injecting your image file into the uncompressed 09.pac, and then injecting the original compressed 09.pac into the wrestler pac?

my same mistake i did months ago :) ...if you don't find your changes in the game it's sure that you have put again bpe file..you must inject as said HARDX36 the pac file..

after you have done your texture archive in pac you have to inject where stands his bpe file..
exemple: if bpe file is called C8.bpe you have to call your archive C8.pac and inject him in main file where stands C8.bpe.
if your textures are modded with attemption without more bites than bpe you will have no problems
if C8.bpe is 7002 bites
your C8.pc must be 7002 !..
if is bigger game will crash.
when i mod textures i work to have a pac file a little less than bpe and then i put missing bites with a hex editor.
C8.bpe =7002
if my C8.pac is 6690 i do
7002-6690=312
i put 312 bites with hex editor and i have the same file as bpe.

Maybe you're right, I'm not saving my .PNG's as Indexed Color. So HTF , should I do that? I mean, ok.. First , open Photshop, edit some .PNG texture files , then save it as indexed color then convert them to .GIM ? And then Create a Texture Archive then inject the 09.pac of the base model to my Texture archive? Am I correct? Because I'm always checking HARDX36's Texture Edit Tutorial Eng.. You know, I've done one PAC file ready to be imported here .. But when I imported that to my Ch3.pac , and renamed the PLISTPS2.ARC to plistpsp.arc , no changes..? I've gotta try saving that to indexed color.. Thanks guys.

Sorry, for double-posting. ( I can't edit my Own Post ) .. How do I actually save it as indexed color? Does anyone has a screenshot of them?

first of all you are doing it all wrong dude you have to create a new texture archive then , inject that new texture archive in 09 thats all , and for indexed color click save for web and devices and there should be some options choose 8-bit and save

Thanks for the advice bro.. I can't understand you clearly.. So create a new texture archive , select the textures, then inject the new texture archive on the 09.pac of the base model?? How do I inject the new texture archive if I can't open my New texture archive? When I tried opening my new texture archive = Cmpunkshirt.pac, it says , Invalid Pac File Selected.. How do I inject it? Sorry for being a noob .. :wall:

This is what I always do , and the final PAC File ( ready to be imported ) , is always on the size of 300-350kb and above, now I'm wondering, why others' PAC files are only 100-250kb? Maybe the problem is with the size?

See:
