WCW Starrcade 64 Issue

Does anyone know how to get the cheats to work? I'm trying to access this via Android and I've got everything but the cheats to run properly. Any support would be greatly appreciated!

Well, you're going to have to find a way to convert the cheat file to Mupen 64's format, as the cheats were originally made for the Project 64 emulator, and the formats are not interchangeable. There's no tool as far as I know, so you might have to add all cheats by yourself.
