Hey. I am hoping to get a little bit of input.
I am not entirely sure how to handle Chris Benoit's page. Up until now, I was trying to keep the bios limited for the most part to info about their careers only up until the release of No Mercy. I have copy pasted and cited as a resource, if available, the bio on them on their individual character GameFAQ page in the No Mercy section.
I am having trouble finding a good circa 2000 or wwf no mercy bio on him that I can paste in and reference. His wikipedia page has some stuff that isnt cited.

Also this is a good time to get some input on how to handle the bios for the character pages. I think that the bios should be limited to their pre-no mercy careers, and then have a sub section that talks about post-no mercy. What should that sub section be called? Also do you have any other opinions on this or any other issues pertaining to the WWF No Mercy Wiki?

PS, i would like to thank Rain for his contributions of the GIF images and everyone else who has been making edits and contrubutions. This is coming together and everyone is doing a great job!!

Update: I was away from the wiki for a week or so due to life, but have been home from work for a couple of days getting over a nasty upper respiratory infection so I did a little bit of work on the wiki. If you look at http://wwfnomercy.wikia.com/wiki/WWF_No_Mercy_Wiki#Roster or http://wwfnomercy.wikia.com/wiki/Roster you will notice that I have the roster selection, with hovering tooltips. The current ones are a placeholder until myself or someone else can come up with something cooler. Hint: They are image files, so to change one, just upload an image, naming it "tooltip-(shortname).png, such as "tooltip-hhh.png" or "tooltip-rock.png". Feel free to play with it. No worries if you mess something up, it is super easy to go back to a previous version of any page or image on the wiki.

I have not heard from PsychoGirl yet, so i decided to start to change the main page to be more like other wikis as was suggested. I put much of the content formerly featured on the main page onto a new page, WWF No Mercy.


In a little while i will be posting a checklist of tasks to help with anyone who wants to help but doesn't know what to do.

I am really hoping for someone with graphic design experience to incorporate the word "wiki" into the wordmark image that is featured on the wiki at the top of every page featured inside of the nav bar. Graphic design is not my forte or i would do it. It needs to be lowercase letters, and the first letter "i" should be a right facing bracket " [ " with a dot on top, and the second "i" a left facing one. Basically the same way that the wiki logo is, pictured below:

The picture below shows the concept i am looking for:

But the word wiki should look cooler. I am not picky about the font, go with what you think works. I think maybe it should look like the words "No Mercy". Just a thought. i Uploaded the version i made now but i am noit sure about it... Anyw ays, just thought i would put this out there in case someone can make this image. It isn't the most imperative thing, but it would be really cool.

Hey. Updated the main page a bit. Is someone able to edit the background image to remove the white grid lines?

Also, how do you guys feel about the green headline text? The font and color is used in the game on the superstar select screen, but i am iffy about it... I would love some design suggestions with this stuff

I have made some changes to the main page, removed the lines from the background, and I have a checklist of articles which anyone here can edit. We all can add or remove things from it, and check off completed tasks which will strike a line through it but we will be able to see that it is completed. The url is

KWG it looks awesome, it is going to be the new logo of WWF No Mercy Wiki. For the "Wordmark", the logo that's in the top left corner, it needs to be 224x65, and named Wiki-Wordmark.png, and then we are good to go. If i don't hear from by friday or so, i can resize and upload it myself, but you can feel free to if you like. Photoshop/Gimp isnt my forte, so i'd be using kolourpaint probably and don't want to skimp on quality, as you did such an awesome job!!!

Edit: I almost forgot, this recreation of the WWF No Mercy font was made by a guy named GMK Hussain, kudos to him.

@chaotix I love how you added the effects for superstar select. As we move our mouse pointer, the border changes to green. I love it. Also, nice selection of fonts. Love the x-files font you gave for the headings.

I'm trying to change the fonts for individual pages via the CSS. My other wikis have a bug with the h1 till h6 headers. The content font can be easily changed tho.

Don't worry, I'm maintaining the X Files font face for the headers only , just as the home page. Will let you know in PM over there.

Rain, I have updated the resources, and now when clicked they actually go to the sites, rather than an in wiki page which would have to be created.

PsychoGirl, when you have a chance can you take a look at the tables i am using on the pages for each character's movesets. I am not super happy with the css i used for it. Also, if there is a way to make that into a template which can be easily added and tweaked for each superstar the way an infobox is, i think that would be great. Any help you can give on this would be so cool.
