Changing Theme Songs in the ROM file (With Loop)

I've been waiting to do this for a huge while now, figured this out almost one year ago, never had the time to share. Title says it all so let's get to it.

1. Download this:
N64 Sound Tool
Audacity
Wavosaur

2. Now open N64 Sound Tool and find the rom you want to use (for this example I'll use Wrestlemania 2000):

3. Choose the last soundbank, find the theme you want to replace, use those lists as reference, (I recommend you replacing multiple themes instead of one, at least 3 or 4 at a time, no less than that because otherwise the program will report an "size" error, no clue why), for this example I will replace Mark Henry's theme on WM 2K (0018):

Al - 000c
Big Show - 0005
Blackman - 000E
Bossman - 000D
Brood - 000F

Mankind - 0017
Mark Henry - 0018
Meanie - 0023

Mr.Ass - 0021

4. Save the wav file (I'm gonna save mine as 0018.wav), by now you should also have the mp3 or whatever file for the theme you want in the game:

5. Open Audacity, and drag and drop your wave file on it, ONLY AFTER THAT you drag and drop your mp3 file on the same project:

6. Now cut your new theme, I recommend cutting it a bit shorter than the older theme so you don't have size issues later.

7. Remove the older track, resample your new theme to 7264Hz, and then mix both stereo tracks to mono:

EDIT: it says 7000 here but it's been found out that the correct value is 7264.

8. Your track should look like the last screenshot. Export it as WAV, signed 16 bit PCM:

9. Open your new wav file on Wavosaur, select the part you wanna loop, go to Tools -> Loop -> Create Loop, then press Ctrl + S to save:

10. Now here comes the hard part, back to N64 Sound Tool, click the 16-bit VADPCM Wav button, replace a few themes (here i replaced Taker, Kane and HHH themes), and disable loop, inject it in the rom:

11. After injecting the themes with loop disabled on the rom, you DO NOT close the program, you're gonna go back to all the "unlooped" themes and enable loop, and inject it again, after that you can save it:

Voila!!!

You did it!

First post updated with the WWF No Mercy IDs, I'm currently experimenting with the Original and BGM themes, I think I know what we can do to change it.
