I'd bet it is. The 1.1 copy is 1.0 but with changes related to the saves (it was made in the first place to fix the save issue), they probably didn't tweak anything related to the wrestlers and their respective slots.

Saves made for Rice Plugin will not work on Jabo 1.7 and vice versa because of different "texture names". Use Rice Plugin and Project 64 1.6 to experience this mod properly.
