Yeah it is, and I think it could work on 2.1 or higher. I've just used 1.6 up to this point because I haven't had any problems with it outside of the cheats limit, but I'll probably move over to 2.1 or something a little later at some point because of that one problem.

Although it's a kinda controversial choice, this is run on P64 1.6.
