A day that the American people and world will never forget!!

I remember the day as it was yesterday. Though I am not from the states, I was on the bus on my way to work and there was a sudden silence! People were receieving phone calls, I heard people crying, people in a state of shock!! The world as we know became a sad place and we all came to together to show our support and respect to the American people that lost there lives!! Forever this will be a moment in time where we will never forget!!

I am one who does get soppy at times, but because I genuinley care!! Life is so precious and for it to be taken away for a sick act by evil people is wrong, no doubt!!

I just want to say that my thoughts and love are with the families that lost there loved ones and for this topic to be about remembering and talking about your memories about his tragic event!!

Are we not meant to love one another?? I think we should..

First off: Blue Warrior.... what the fuck do you mean "horrible accident"? Seriously? :stop: Use google before you post.

Secondly: I know it may offend a few, but I don't recall anyone doing this kind of unspoken holiday for things like Pearl Harbor or Grenada. I mean absolutely no disrespect to the men and women who lost their lives and loved ones that day, but it seems like a lot of people keep pushing things like these in the wrong directions, sometimes.

A lot of needless tension seems to rise which bothers me, a few people around here (Montana) are even stupid enough to get hostile with people of Middle Eastern decent, sometimes. It bothers me that the things a lot of people seem to remember about the whole thing are all the wrong lessons.

One funeral is fine. The people in charge in DC, and those involved in the mass media outlets seem to push it in the wrong way, and it is almost insulting to the innocent people who died that day, and the thousands of lives lost since, to still try and stimulate a feeling of fear and sadness, instead of strength, unity, and peace between ourselves.

But that's just one moron's opinion.

[/quote]I know it wasn't an accident and I don't know why the hell I wrote that, It was a mistake, I was probably thinking about something else, and I wrote it that way.

Im quoting that shit right there. Wonderfully worded buddy and totally agree with ya!! It seems the whole thing is about fear instead of uniting and trying to bring peace across religions, race as a whole! Remember there is always two sides to the story and the media likes to twist the story...

I lost my Aunt ...who used to work in in the WTC office...I never had a chance to visit her or USA...I just wanna say RIP to those who lost their lives in the tragic accident.

I honestly Love USA than any other place in this world. I love the people, i love the country i love everything in there. But outsiders like Laden try to destroy the serenity of the place. Which is not good at any cost. Hopefully Laden is dead. (Is he?) ...and i say again I love USA.

There is no way that someone or something that does what they did DESERVES a side to their story & i am not talking about muslims or middle-eastern people as a whole either. I'm talking about the garbage that made their own people look bad by what they did.

Well, its only 2 days until the 10yr anniversary of 9/11..

Obviously its not a celebration and more of a "Paying respects" to loved ones people may have lost..

I just wanted to see what the OSR members will be doing on 9/11 and there thoughts..

Also for the fact that some of us may not be Americans or lost anyone, its still something we should all pay respects too, and regardless of race and religion, its time we all unite against evil.. People say religion is the problem... No its fucking morons that are power hungry and like to cause destruction that is causing this wonderful world to go to the shits!

"If we all unite, the evil can be destroyed"

I am american & myself i won't be celebrating as you said it will be more of a remembering the ones lost and the heroes who rose up that day to show how great the human spirit can be.

The one thing that really i find sad is the blaming of all muslim & middle eastern people for what a handful of fucking moronic psychos did. When i lived in Canada i lived around alot of muslin & middle eastern people some on the same floor of my building as i did & they where some of the kindest people i had ever met.

you said it very well my friend, united we can do anything.

Indeed bro.. I have alot of muslim friends and they did not condone what those asshole's did.. They said they felt ashamed to be associated to muslims who did acts like that..

The media is partly to blame as alot of the time, they focus on the fact that its all middle eastern people that start this shit, when its only a small group of people who caused this pain and suffering..

I would like to say that my thoughts are with the families that lost there loved ones at 9/11 and hope that we unite against these evil people and not base this on religion or race..

We all want peace, and not war!!

That's the one thing I don't get. We have radical Christian groups who go out and kill homosexuals and promiscuous women yet, not all (in general I guess) white people are chastised for being well... insane.

This is what I get for watching 'Red State' recently.
