Attire hacking question

Okay so i made my first venture into attire hacking today.
I wanted to make christopher daniels entrance coart from this picture

So i hacked the trenchcoat(minus the arms so they wouldnt have the sleeves effect) onto the tazz towel.
heres what i got.

Now if you notice, theres texture missing on the back of the coat, is there a way to stretch the texture or polygon to fill the space?

You will notice i haven't used all 18 lines as the polys for the upper and lower arms are skin tight on tazz towel, the face, back of head & the extras are all ready apart of the original attire. the attire hack follows the same pattern but required an eleventh line [The Extra' texture] which is the part between his legs
