I'm no doctor, but the arm is a considerable distance away from the ankle. In fact, one may say that they are not connected at all.

He "rolled" it very early into the match at Night Of Champions. I don't know if that is a sprain or something less serious. He was said to be fine the next day, but said otherwise on Raw. He posted a photo on twitter claiming that it was swollen. I have not seen it myself.
