Ok, to start moving the regular cage up (cage placement), go to a cage match and then go to one of the addys and for the small letters:
xxxx-replace with 3F80 and continue to raise the value to place it, 3F80...3F90...3FA0...and so on so you can move it up higher and higher
yyyy-replace with BF80 and continue to raise the value to place it BF80...BF90...BFA0...and so on so you can move it up higher and higher
To lower the cage you have to invert the values xxxx and yyyy, with xxxx still 3F80 and yyyy as BF80 continue to raise those values in their new spots to lower the cage.
