As we have already reported, John Cena has filed for divorce from his wife Liz Cena (nee Huberdeau).
Huberdeau's lawyer represented Linda Claridge (aka Linda Hogan) during her divorce to Terry 'Hulk Hogan' Bollea. Already, her lawyer has indicated that she wants a settlement of 70% of Cena's assets. Which is the same settlement that Linda Claridge got.
Cena is currently worth over $18 million. It had been reported earlier that the pair did sign a prenuptial agreement. New details have emerged that the pre-nup states that both Cena and Huberdeau could reclaim gifts and presents given to the other.
According to a new report on TMZ.com, John Cena has been a "wreck" and "miserable" over his marriage behind the scenes for months. They claim that Cena openly discussed his marital problems with co-workers backstage before WWE events.
Cena had complained that their relationship went downhill soon after they were married. The arguments have gotten much worse, especially when discussing the remodeling of their home in Florida.
Cena was shown kissing his wife on the March 5th Raw in his native Boston, just before WrestleMania XXVIII.
At present, Cena is involved in a story line in which he is appearing less due to his need to "take some time off", and because of injuries inflicted by Brock Lesnar and Lord Tensai.
