Even though I find creating hacks to be a lot easier than making texture mods, I have decided to move out of my comfort zone and try something new. For my first attempt at texture modding I have decided to try to create various referees such as Earl Hebner, Drake Wuertz, and Charles Robinson along with multiple referee attires worn in different promotions to go along with my WIP AI Referee in Match hack. I will also be adding any other textures that I create here. Since this is a WIP, I am open to any suggestions that anyone has for them. You are free to use these textures however you want to as long as credit is given. Additional credit goes to Orson, El Guapo, CBV, TT, and Victor for the Creator's Kit.

Agree with Keson looks great only suggestion is to make logo on arms clearer like the one on chest
arm logo looks a bit blurry.
Open up image in word pad and zoom out then screen cap and paste in paint will not blur when shrinking ;)

Thanks for the feedback and advice. Is this preview any better? I was having trouble with the logo on the arms because in order to make the final graphic somewhat square shaped, I had to shrink the original logo more horizontally than vertically so that it was shaped like a rectangle. Thanks for your help.

Here is a preview of the second referee that I am working on: Charles "Little Naitch" Robinson.

I have added a download link in the first post for all of the textures that I have created so far. In addition to the referees that I have already shown in other previews, I also have included textures for NXT referee, Drake Wuertz/Younger. I have also included updated shirt textures with the new WWE logos on them for all of the included referees. As before, credit goes to Orson, El Guapo, CBV, TT, and Victor for the Creator's Kit.

I have taken a small break from creating referees to try creating some other people. So far, I have created textures for Atsushi Onita. The download that I have included in the first post will also include his moveset from VPW2, produced by Snesmaster40. Additional credit goes to Orson, El Guapo, CBV, TT, and Victor for the Creator's Kit.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try making more when I have time.

The next texture mod that I made was Shinsuke Nakamura. It was the best that I could do without it being possible to use different textures for each side of his head. I have added a download link to the first post for anyone that wants it. You may use it however you wish as long as credit is given. Additional credit goes to everyone from before.

In addition, I didn't make a move set for him. The move set that you see in the video was just the one that he had in Barskio's NJPW: King of Sports save.

I have an idea for Nakamura. The entrance cap over Austin cap can give you two sides to the head, but only the top part.

This won't work for say, lucha masks, but for a funky hairstyle like Nakamura's, it could be perfect!

I tried your advice. However, I have found that the textures on the sides of the entrance cap are the same. The only area that is not mirrored is in the back of the hat where the WWF logo would be. However, I have found out that the original Austin cap is not mirrored on each side. If there was a way to flatten the brim of the hat back into the head, then I think I could use that.

Have you tried making that part transparent instead of hacking it? I never have, just curious.

Yes, I have tried that before but it just creates a hole in his head where the texture used to be instead of revealing the rest of his head. The texture for the brim of the hat is included in the texture for the face in the original game.

Argh, I got pumped up for a minute thinking there was a way to make two sided, non-mirrored masks!
